Im Geschichtenzyklus geht es um Rose Marshall, den Geist eines 16jährigen Mädchens, das in den 50er Jahren um Mitternacht auf der Sparrow Hill Road ermordet wurde.

Das Buch enthält elf der zwölf ursprünglich online veröffentlichten Geschichten in stark überarbeiteter Form, sowie zwei neue Geschichten und ein “Price Family Field Guide to the Dead of the North American Ghostroads”.
Ich habe mir gerade die Leseprobe reingezogen und bin angefixt und hole mir jetzt auch sofort das ganze Buch. Wenn ich “InCryptid” seinerzeit mit “Buffy” verglichen habe, so hat das, was ich bis dato von “Sparrow Hill Road” gelesen habe, den Vibe der ersten Staffel “Supernatural” – auch wenn keine Geisterjäger im Mittelpunkt der Handlung stehen, sondern eben ein Geist.
